The process of manufacturing quality
Guar Gum Split is required to be closely monitored right from
procurement of the raw material i.e. Guar Seed. |
|
1. The Guar Seed is procured from the
area in which the crop is of best quality |
|
2. The seed size is bigger in size. |
|
3. The Guar being processed by us is
of light brownish in colour and lesser black. |
|
4. The Guar seeds are then sieved to
remove dust and any foreign matter before starting the process. |
|
5. The Sieves are checked for any
damage to control the passing of the Guar Split through, which
increases the production. |
|
6. The packing is done in the standard
quality bags to withstand the corrosive environment of sea while
cargo is shipped in containers |
|
7. The weighing is done by the
electronic weighing machines for delivering correct weight. |
